Steadfast Through the Storm

Loyalty is not the sunlit way,
Nor paths where laughter fills the day.
It’s not just words, so light and free,
But roots that hold through storm and sea.
When winds arise and shadows grow,
When silence speaks where love should flow,
It does not waver, does not break,
It stands through every choice we make.
For in the trials, truth is known,
Not in the ease, but seeds well sown.
Through time and trust, the bond is sealed,
A steadfast vow that won’t be peeled.
So when the road is rough and steep,
And darkness tries to steal what’s deep,
Know loyalty is forged, not bought—
A love unshaken, dearly sought.
