The Journey Itself

Embrace each moment, soft and bright,
A fleeting whisper, bathed in light.
Not in the end, nor prize hard won,
But in each step, where joy is spun.
The morning dew, the rising sun,
A laugh, a tear, a race well-run.
The love we give, the hands we hold,
The stories shared, the lessons told.
A grateful heart sees beauty wide,
Not just the peaks, but every stride.
For life’s true gift is not afar,
But found in who and where we are.
So walk with wonder, dance with grace,
Let time not be a hurried chase.
For joy’s not bound to end or start,
But in the journey—soul and heart.
